2019-20 Membership Form and Invoice
This form serves as the official institutional commitment for membership in The National CCAA, participation in our official website, and in other activities. This form also serves as the invoice for payment.
National CCAA members will receive: inclusion on the National CCAA website, participation in the collective effort to advance and promote Catholic higher education, promotion of your institution to prospective students, parents, and counselors, and access to professional networking opportunities, communications, and informational reports.
Membership for the cycle ends June 30, 2017. The one-year membership fee is $ 1500.
Please submit the contract and payment by December 31, 2016 in order for your insitution's profile to be on our website. Please follow these simple steps when submitting your form:

The primary contact listed on the form will receive an email confirming your membership form was received if submitted successfully.

*November 2016 update: The 2016 Catholic Colleges Reception, October 2016 Puerto Rico Recruitment Program and October 2016 Texas have taken place, so you can skip completing these sections, but scroll down to complete the remainder of the form, as an authorizing contact is required.

If you would like to pay via check, do not proceed with completing the credit card authorization form. The primary contact will receive an invoice via email in 3-5 business days.
