Join us for our 10th Annual Catholic Colleges Puerto Rico Recruitment Program. This is a wonderful opportunity for our member schools to meet students, families, and counselors as a collective group of Catholic colleges and universities.
MORE VISIT OPPORTUNITIES:
We have confirmed high school visits at most of the schools during the week and will post the schedule online shortly. The visit schedule is being confirmed over the summer and will be posted here shortly. The visit schedule is subject to change.We will once again host a college fair, counselor dinner, and bilingual financial aid program at the San Juan Marriott on Thursday, October 11.
*Please note: Participation in each and every high school visit in Puerto Rico, the counselor dinner, and college fair is required of each admission representative. The promotion material sent to students, parents and counselors indicates that each participating college/university will be represented at every aspect of the program in Puerto Rico.
GREAT VALUE WITH MORE BENEFITS:
The fee for participating is $700 (airfare, hotel, and meals are not included) and includes:

Promoting the program to all high school counselors in Puerto Rico

Promoting the public college fair and bilingual financial aid program through local media, which is widely used by parents and students

Bus transportation to high school visits in Puerto Rico

Event costs at the San Juan Marriott including the public college fair, counselor dinner and bilingual financial aid program

We have arranged for special hotel rates at the San Juan Marriott and the AC Hotel. Information about making hotel reservations at the special rate can be found here.
The extended tour registration deadline is August 24, 2018. To register, please follow the simple directions below to conplete the registration form. Don’t wait to register, as spaces are limited!
INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE PUERTO RICO PROGRAM:

Please make sure to complete all requested fields on the form.

If any required fields are missing and you submit the form, a red notification will appear on top of the screen, prompting you to complete the form once again.
- After you click "Submit Registration," you will be redirected to the next page, which will ask you to enter your credit card for payment. If you prefer to pay by credit card, enter in your credit card information here. If you prefer to pay by check (to The National CCAA), do not complete the second page and simply click "Submit Registration" on the first page. An invoice will be emailed to you in 5-7 business days.
- Institutions participating in a National CCAA recruitment program must be a current National CCAA member institution. The national office will follow up with institutions who have not submitted a 2018-19 membership form but have submitted a recruitment program registration form.
