About the Tour

Launched in winter 2025, the National CCAA has led the highly successful Chicagoland Recruitment Program. Tour participants visit carefully selected high schools in the Chicagoland area, meeting with students who are interested in Catholic higher education.

The 2026 Chicagoland Recruitment tour is currently being planned. Visit details will be shared with participants at a later date.

Hotel information and travel information will be shared directly with tour participants.

All college representatives participating in the Chicagoland Recruitment Program must attend every National CCAA-sponsored visit during the tour. The program is promoted with the understanding that all participating schools will be at each event.

Cost

$750

Program costs will cover charter bus transportation for the week and bus driver gratuity, StriveScan registration for student inquiries obtained during the week, promotion of the tour to high schools and counselors, and coordination of the high school visits through the week. Transportation/airfare to Chicago, hotel accommodations, and meals are taken care of individually by each institutional participant. Special hotel rates are arranged for participants.

Tour Team

The tour will be led by Kat Hankamp, Program Coordinator- Chicago Regional at Saint Louis University (St. Louis, MO), and Jeanette Maher, Assistant Director of National Recruitment at Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI).

Registration

Registration is open only to National CCAA member institutions. Registration for the 2026 Chicagoland trip is available as part of your 2025-26 National CCAA membership form.
