About the Tour

We are excited to announce our Philadelphia Recruitment Program, launching in spring 2027. Tour participants will visit carefully selected high schools in the greater Philadelphia area, meeting with students who are interested in Catholic higher education.

Details

The 2027 Philadelphia Recruitment tour is currently being planned. Visit details will be shared with participants at a later date.

Hotel information and travel information will be shared directly with tour participants.

All college representatives participating in the Philadelphia Recruitment Program must attend every National CCAA-sponsored visit during the tour. The program is promoted with the understanding that all participating schools will be at each event.

Cost

$750

Program costs will cover charter bus transportation for the week and bus driver gratuity, promotion of the tour to high schools and counselors, and coordination of the high school visits through the week. Transportation/airfare to Philadelphia, hotel accommodations, and meals are taken care of individually by each institutional participant. Special hotel rates are arranged for participants.

Tour Team

The tour will be led by Dan Berardi, Director of Recruitment at Saint Joseph's University (Philadelphia, PA), Julie Neild, Assistant Director of Admission at Villanova University (Villanova, PA), and Shioban Soto, Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission at Holy Family University (Philadelphia, PA).  

Registration

Registration is open only to National CCAA member institutions. Registration for the 2027 Philadelphia trip is available as part of your 2026-27 National CCAA membership form.
