We asked Elizabeth:

Why did you choose to attend a Catholic college/university?
There were many deciding factors, but the Jesuit goal and mindset of USD really drew me in. They focus on the formation of the whole person: mind, body and soul. I knew I wanted to grow as a student and a person and USD really aims for that growth.

What aspect of your college/university are you most excited about?
I am most excited about the sense of community the university fosters and getting a step closer to what I want to do.

What advice would you share with high school seniors as they begin their senior year?
Don't take an "easy year." If you have goals continue to work toward them. Admission Boards look if students take a lighter load to assess their drive and showing you are aiming for growth speaks alot on what type of student you are.

What is one fun fact about you?
I've helped plant 300+ trees in a field only for the reason that my dad wanted to do it.
