A 2026 graduate of North Allegheny Senior High School, Tyler will attend John Carroll University. He says he ultimately chose John Carroll "because of its Catholic mission to serve the common good. I really liked the beauty and layout of the campus, and the people were positive and friendly. The college community at John Carroll has great intention to give back and help others. I was also interested in the Boler College of Business because it has a renowned business program that focuses on business ethics."
At John Carroll, Tyler will major in Supply Chain Management. After graduation, he plans to "work on establishing sustainable operations that benefit communities through responsible leadership. By reducing emissions, using recyclable packaging, and minimizing waste, I desire to work towards promoting a more circular economy and ethically responsible supply chains in business."

Why did you chose to attend a Catholic college/university?
Growing up, one of the most impactful aspects of my CCD education was the emphasis on service. I chose a Catholic university since it promotes an environment that enables me to continue to live my faith and share my gifts by supporting my family/friends and volunteering my time for service work and organizations.
What aspect of your college/university are you most excited about?
I am eager to participate in community service and extracurricular activities that align with my interests. As a cellist, I look forward to playing in a small group ensemble and possibly playing liturgical music at Mass. I am excited to meet new people. I cannot wait to begin learning beneficial topics for my future business career.
What advice would you share with soon-to-be high school seniors as they begin their senior year?
Even though senior year is very busy, it is important to take the time to get involved and enjoy all of your senior year activities. You will be making memories for years to come!
What is one fun fact about you?
I am a volunteer DJ for school-related, community, and charity events.
