NACAC's annual conference happens September 18-20, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio. National CCAA Membership Meeting
Thursday, September 18, 8:00-9:30 am
Hyatt Regency Columbus, Taft CD Room
The annual National CCAA membership meeting and breakfast typically takes place on the Thursday morning of the NACAC conference, before the official start of the conference. These meetings include presentations on research demonstrating the value and benefits of Catholic higher education to assist admission professionals with enrollment strategies. The meetings also serve as an opportunity for members to meet National CCAA board members and other admission colleagues from Catholic colleges and universities across the United States.
Only admission staff from National CCAA member institutions are invited to the annual membership meeting. Registration is required.
The 2025 National CCAA Membership Meeting and Breakfast will be held in Columbus on Thursday, September 18 from 8:00-9:30 am. The meeting will be held in the Taft CD Room of the Hyatt Regency Columbus, located at 350 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Registration information was emailed to National CCAA members; if you did not receive it or would still like to register to attend the breakfast, please email us.
Catholic Colleges Reception
Thursday, September 18, 7:00-10:00 pm
Ohio Statehouse, Columbus, OH
Registration opened at noon ET on August 15, 2025 and due to overwhelming interest, we have now moved to a wait list. A ticket is required for entry, and the reception is ONLY for secondary school counselors, independent counselors, counselors from community-based organizations, transfer counselors from two-year/community colleges, and admission representatives from National CCAA member institutions. Tickets are non-transferable, and attendees must wear their NACAC badges and bring their government issued ID and their reception tickets with them. National CCAA members still wishing to register to attend should email us for more information.

Join us for the 2025 Educators Interested in Catholic Education SIG meeting!
The National CCAA runs a special interest group (SIG) — Educators Interested in Catholic Education — at NACAC each year. It is open to anyone who is interested in discussing anything related to Catholic education (secondary school or college). The mission of the Educators Interested in Catholic Education SIG is to work collaboratively on challenges and opportunities that impact educators in Catholic high schools, colleges, and universities and to foster community between high school and post secondary professionals with an interest in Catholic education.
