2019 Texas Recruitment Program Registration

Sunday, September 8 to Friday, September 13

Join us for our 5th Annual Catholic Colleges Texas Recruitment Program. This is a wonderful opportunity for our member schools to meet students, families, and counselors as a collective group of Catholic colleges and universities.

We have confirmed high school visits at most of the schools during the week. Click here for the week's schedule, which is still developing and subject to change. This year's schedule includes two evening college fair programs.

*Please note: Participation in each and every high school visit and college fair is required of each admission representative. The promotional material sent to students, parents and counselors indicates that each participating college/university will be represented at every aspect of the program in Texas.

GREAT VALUE WITH MORE BENEFITS:

The fee for participating is $275 (airfare, hotel, and meals are not included) and includes:

  • Promoting the program to high school counselors and students

  • Bus transportation throughout the week

  • We have arranged for special hotel rates at hotels in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Fort Worth. Click here for details about making hotel reservations at the special rates. Please note that the first hotel reservation deadline is August 9.

The extended tour registration deadline is August 15, 2019. To register, please follow the simple directions below to conplete the registration form. Don’t wait to register, as spaces are limited!

INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER FOR THE TEXAS RECRUITMENT PROGRAM:

  1. Please make sure to complete all requested fields on the form.

  2. If any required fields are missing and you submit the form, a red notification will appear on top of the screen, prompting you to complete the form once again.

  3. After you click "Submit Registration," you will be redirected to the next page, which will ask you to enter your credit card for payment. If you prefer to pay by credit card, enter in your credit card information here. If you prefer to pay by check (to The National CCAA), do not complete the second page and simply click "Submit Registration" on the first page. An invoice will be emailed to you in 7-10 business days.

  4. Institutions participating in a National CCAA recruitment program must be a current National CCAA member institution. The national office will follow up with institutions who have not submitted a 2019-20 membership form but have submitted a recruitment program registration form.

All college representatives attending the Texas Recruitment Program must attend every CCAA-sponsored high school visit. The program is promoted with the understanding that all participating colleges and universities will be at each visit.
