Recruitment Programs

The National CCAA recruitment programs allow admission representatives to connect with prospective students interested in Catholic higher education while offering an opportunity to network with secondary school counselors and fellow admission representatives from other Catholic colleges and universities. The programs are an important member benefit, open only to National CCAA member institutions.

Cost-effective recruitment

Our programs save institutions both time and money. Group travel keeps costs low, and details are arranged by the tour leaders. Our programs tend to be less expensive than similar recruitment tours offered by other organizations.

Expertise on the ground

Recruitment trips are organized and led by admission professionals with experience in the region. The National CCAA staff draws on in-country support from counselors, admission professionals and, in some cases, professional tour companies, to ensure a smooth experience.

Student connections

Activities include high school visits, college fairs, panels and presentations where representatives can connect with secondary school counselors, parents and as many as 1,600 students. Representatives can also make individual plans that meet their institutions’ specific recruitment needs. Past participants continually express that these trips are an important and effective part of their annual recruitment plans.

Camaraderie with colleagues

The affinity with other Catholic colleges and universities broadens interest from students considering a Catholic college or university, and the unique camaraderie builds strong professional networks with admission colleagues and secondary school counselors.
